Selection Process
It can be tricky to navigate the selection process when you're trying to find a job after college. Here's how it works at Paoli:
| 1. | Give your resume to an HNI or Paoli recruiter at your university's career fair, or submit your application and resume online at the HNI Careers Web site. |
| 2. | We'll review candidates and may invite you to interview on-campus or on-site at an HNI location. |
| 3. | If your first interview is successful, you will be invited to a second interview. |
| 4. | If you're a good match for HNI and Paoli, we'll give you a job offer. |
| 5. | You'll become an HNI member with Paoli upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. |
